Términos de uso
1. Qué es Curita
Curita, de INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA, cédula jurídica 3-102-765868, da a consultorios, clínicas, ópticas y laboratorios una app de citas, recordatorios, agenda, cobros y herramientas de venta con su propia marca, y un buscador de consultorios. Curita es una herramienta comercial y administrativa: no es un expediente clínico, no presta servicios de salud y no da consejo médico.
2. Para pacientes
- La cita, la atención, el precio y los pagos son entre usted y el consultorio. Curita no presta servicios de salud ni recibe su dinero.
- Curita no es para emergencias. Si tiene una emergencia, llame al 9-1-1 o vaya al servicio de emergencias más cercano.
- No escriba información de salud en los formularios de Curita; compártala directamente con el profesional.
- Use datos verdaderos y no haga reservas falsas; el consultorio puede bloquear números que abusen. Respete las reglas de puntualidad y cancelación de cada consultorio.
3. Para consultorios
- El consultorio es responsable de la información que publica (servicios, precios, horarios, fotos), de que sus servicios y su publicidad cumplan con las normas de su colegio profesional y del Ministerio de Salud, y de tratar los datos de sus pacientes conforme a la Ley N.º 8968.
- Los nombres de servicios deben ser generales (por ejemplo "Consulta", "Control", "Sesión"), sin síntomas ni diagnósticos.
- El expediente clínico es responsabilidad del profesional. Si usa la función «Abrir expediente», el expediente se guarda en su propio Google Drive; el profesional decide la cuenta de Google que usa, su seguridad y su conservación.
- Los programas de premios, descuentos o promociones son opcionales y el consultorio decide si los usa según las normas de su profesión.
- Cada persona del equipo usa su propia cuenta; el consultorio quita el acceso a quien deja de trabajar con él.
- Los cobros a sus pacientes los recibe el consultorio directamente; Curita no cobra comisiones por cita.
- La mensualidad se paga según el plan acordado. Si no se paga, Curita puede suspender la página de citas sin borrar los datos. El consultorio puede descargar una copia de sus datos y terminar el servicio cuando quiera.
4. Uso prohibido
No se permite: intentar acceder a datos de otros, atacar o sobrecargar el sistema, enviar formularios automáticos o falsos, guardar datos de salud en campos de la plataforma, publicar contenido ilegal, engañoso u ofensivo, ni usar Curita para enviar spam. Podemos suspender cuentas que lo hagan y avisar a las autoridades.
5. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que Curita esté disponible siempre, pero puede haber interrupciones por mantenimiento o por fallas de proveedores o de internet. El servicio se presta "tal cual". Le recomendamos tener a mano la agenda del día.
6. Responsabilidad
En la medida que permita la ley, Curita no responde por la atención que brinda cada consultorio, por citas no atendidas, por el contenido del expediente en Google Drive ni por pérdidas indirectas. La responsabilidad total de Curita frente a un consultorio se limita a lo que este pagó en mensualidades en los últimos tres meses.
7. Propiedad
La marca Curita, el diseño y el software son de INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA. Cada consultorio conserva su marca, sus fotos y sus datos.
8. Privacidad
El tratamiento de datos se rige por nuestra Política de privacidad.
9. Ley y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Costa Rica y cualquier conflicto se resolverá ante sus tribunales.

Escríbanos a privacidad@curitacr.com. Si cambiamos estos términos, publicaremos la nueva versión aquí con su fecha.
Terms of Use
1. What Curita is
Curita, by INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA, Costa Rican legal ID 3-102-765868, gives practices, clinics, opticians and labs a branded appointment, reminder, scheduling, payment and sales app, plus a practice finder. Curita is a business and administrative tool: it is not a clinical record, does not provide health services and does not give medical advice.
2. For patients
- Appointments, care, prices and payments are between you and the practice. Curita does not provide health services or receive your money.
- Curita is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency service.
- Do not write health information in Curita's forms; share it directly with the professional.
- Use truthful data and do not make fake bookings; practices may block abusive numbers. Follow each practice's punctuality and cancellation rules.
3. For practices
- The practice is responsible for what it publishes (services, prices, hours, photos), for complying with its professional association's and the Ministry of Health's rules on services and advertising, and for handling its patients' data under Law No. 8968.
- Service names must be general (for example "Consultation", "Follow-up", "Session"), without symptoms or diagnoses.
- The clinical record is the professional's responsibility. If the "Open record" feature is used, the record is stored in the professional's own Google Drive; the professional chooses the Google account, its security and retention.
- Rewards, discounts or promotions are optional and each practice decides whether to use them under its professional rules.
- Each staff member uses their own account; the practice removes access for people who leave.
- Payments from patients are received directly by the practice; Curita charges no per-appointment commission.
- The monthly fee is paid per the agreed plan; unpaid accounts may have their booking page suspended without deleting data. The practice may download a copy of its data and end the service at any time.
4. Prohibited use
Accessing others' data, attacking or overloading the system, automated or fake submissions, storing health data in platform fields, illegal, misleading or offensive content, or spam are not allowed and may lead to suspension and reporting to authorities.
5. Availability
We aim for continuous availability, but interruptions may occur. The service is provided "as is". Keep the day's schedule at hand.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Curita is not liable for the care each practice provides, missed appointments, the content of records in Google Drive or indirect losses. Curita's total liability to a practice is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.
7. Ownership
The Curita brand, design and software belong to INVERSIONES MÚLTIPLES E & V LIMITADA. Each practice keeps its brand, photos and data.
8. Privacy
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica and any dispute will be resolved before its courts.
